Mint- 1 cup
Ginger (grated) – 1 tsp
Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Fresh Curd – 1 ½ cup
Cold water – ½ cup
Chat masala – little to sprinkle
Mint leaves for garnishing
Grind mint, ginger, cumin seeds with little water in a blender.
Add curd & water & blend it well again for 30 seconds.
Serve chilled with little chaat masala & mint leaves.
