No Oil, No Butter, Sandwich
I love grilled sandwiches. They are very easy to make, and the best part is you can use your imagination and invent one just for yourself!
Whole Wheat Bread
(Can use Tomatoes slices or Sprouted Beans or stuffing of your choice)
Salt and Pepper
Grill or Grill Pan
Take bread slices and layered with cucumber slices, sprinkle salt and pepper
Place in a grill till done. (you get crisp golden brown color)
Serve hot with salad and fruits of your choice
Enjoy your sandwich.
